Quote, Parapharse, Citation #5

In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired.  ~Author Unknown

You are the only one that is going to be able to fix the mental stage that you are in. You have got to stop wanting to feel sorry and upset, don't want to have a negative attitude. Be proactive, and let things react to you not reacting to events that occur. Get out of the bed, and go out to meet up with family or friends.

Quote, Parapharse, and Citation #3

"Life is like an onion: You peel it off one layer at a time, and sometimes you weep."

                 - Unknown

As you go through life we face many different obstacles, some good, and then some bad. You have to just sit back take a deep breath and deal with the current situation that is at hand. The only thing that is going to stop you is yourself, this quote really makes you understand how life is and the events you'll come across. With terrible events that you face in life, instead of letting depression and sadness suck you in, take a step back and examine the situation, even if facing the death of a loved one. For they will always be there in your heart, would they want you to be sad for the rest of your life. Don't just jump in anything head first, once you fall into that hole of depression it can be tough to climb out of. Surround yourself with the people who love you the most.

When you lose somebody or an terrible event occurs in your life, you have to just climb the wall, because sitting at the bottom hoping it will move won't get you anywhere. Don't let things stop you from living your life.

This helps you feel the mood of depression and how dark it is, and then how they emphasize with light in the middle empty spot. Original Work

How does physical activity relate to mental health?
Physically active people tend to have better mental health, according to the 1996 U.S. Surgeon General's Report on Physical Activity and Health. Compared with inactive people, the physically active had higher scores for positive self-concept, more self-esteem and more positive "moods" and "affects." These findings seem similar in both young people and adults. Physical activity has also been used to treat mental health problems such as depression.

How does physical activity relate to mental ability?

More-active people also seem to score higher on perceived ability to perform activities of daily living, physical well-being and other measures related to quality of life. A few studies even suggest that more-active lifestyles may be linked with higher levels of alertness and mental ability, including the ability to learn.

Summary

Physical and Mental Health are connected in so many ways. They say that the people who are physically active have a positive outlook and confidence about them selves, this leads to a better physical and mental health.

The man in this picture is beginning to suffer from side effects of having bad Mental Health. Stress can take a heavy toll on your physical well being, as seen in this picture. You start to develop major headaches, and stomach cramps, sickness of your stomach, which makes it to where you can't eat. These side effects begin to get worse, and worse as long you let these things stay with you, you have to learn to let go and have fun.
