The Story Behind My Topic Choice

Mental Health affects nearly 21 Million Children, and Adults in the U.S. alone. This happens to be the principal cause of suicides, which is currently at a extensive rate of 30,000 people every year. I choose this topic because; I know how it can feel when it seems like when everything and everyone is going against you. Whether you think so or not we all have suffered from stress and depressed some people it just seems to affect more. You try to deal with issues and you just get so depressed, because nothing is changing it just gets worse. I have family members who are currently suffering from depression and have gone through rehabs. I want to help people tackle the objects that life can throw at them, and let them know that they are never alone. I want to inform people of how important and serious this issue, which is increasing, and give them ways that help them to conquer these mental sicknesses.
